Matt is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Traverse Area Community Media. He grew up in the Grand Traverse area, and has a deep love for the region's lakes, rivers, forests, and all of the creatures in them. Matt has a B.F.A. in Film and Television from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Joe is responsible for day-to-day operations and management of digital media at Traverse Area Community Media and provides assistance for volunteer productions. Joe holds a degree in Television and Digital Media Production from Ferris State University.

Rob is a computer programmer responsible for database design and management, system integration, and the development of new user interfaces. Rob provides technology support for Traverse Area Community Media. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and is a returned Peace Corps volunteer.

Jim provides support and development for LIAA's web applications. He once earned two B.S. degrees from Michigan State University, one in geography and one in anthropology.
